Description

This position requires a minimum of 2 years supervisory
experience in retail operations or completion of a Management
Development Program and proficiency in the use of a Retail Support
System. In addition to agriculture knowledge, must have strong customer
service skills, merchandising skills, knowledge of lawn & garden
products, equine, feed, crops, farm supply products and merchandising
programs.

Requirements

We are looking for someone detail oriented,
dependable, highly motivated, good communication skills, team player,
and an overall leader who will manage the showroom personnel.  Location
generates 3.5 million + in total annual sales volume. 33% make up the
Feed and Animal Health Commodities; 50% in Farm and Home related
products, 14% in Crops and the remaining volume in Propane Cylinder
Filling.
