College of Agriculture and Life Sciences
undergraduate student study abroad scholarship

Have you thought about study abroad? Are costs a concern? Would a scholarship help? Look no further. The College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, through the Office of International Research, Education, and Development (OIRED), is providing $500-$2,000 scholarships to support study abroad programs through the end of summer 2007. Application details are available through the Education Abroad Office (1820 Litton-Reaves Hall)

Any full-time, undergraduate student who has a major in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, and is in good academic standing with an overall GPA of 2.5 or higher, is eligible to apply. Applications are due by October 20, 2006. The scholarships will be awarded competitively based on the merits of the application. Even if your study abroad begins before the application due date, do not hesitate to apply; the scholarship can be used to support a program already underway.
