What is an Ambassador?
Ambassadors are undergraduate students who are advocates for the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. By representing the student body, Ambassadors have been placed into a position of leadership and service. The Ambassadors' responsibilities extend beyond assisting with collegiate affairs, but also involve a desire to serve, a commitment to improve, and an attitude of selflessness.
What do Ambassadors do?
Ambassadors work closely with the Associate Dean of Academic Programs and her staff to represent the College to various publics. Responsibilities of the Ambassadors may include activities such as serving as tour guides for prospective students and their parents, representing the College at university sponsored recruiting events such as open houses, and serving as hosts and hostesses at alumni receptions and events.
