The Agricultural Technology Program is truly “life changing”. In two years you can learn the skills and knowledge you need to be a successful leader in the agricultural and green industries. You can choose between two main options, Applied Agricultural Management and Landscape and Turf Management, and graduate with an Associate Degree in Agriculture. Individualized advising, small class sizes, and hands-on learning helps to build confidence while you gain valuable experience. Internships, networking opportunities, and industry connections will help you jump start your career.
Within the two options, students choose an area of interest:
- Crop Production
- Landscape Management
- Livestock Production
- Turfgrass Management
Graduates of our program have the educational background and hands-on experience to pursue a wide variety of careers, including (but not limited to) agribusiness manager, golf course superintendent, lawn care specialist, feed salesman, sales manager, and self employed as a farmer or sod producer.
