Crystal is the Virginia Cooperative Extension (VCE) development administrator, providing leadership and implementation of annual giving strategies to advance philanthropic support that aligns with Extension’s priorities. She serves as a liaison and strategic resource for the Virginia Tech Foundation, field agents and college faculty by providing training and support for fund development, fund management and stewardship efforts.

Crystal joined the advancement team in 2012 at Virginia Tech, serving previously in sales leadership and outside sales in the cellular industry. She is passionate about providing tools and resources that empower individuals to meet their goals and see communities thrive.

Crystal holds a bachelor of science in communication, public relations and marketing from Radford University and a master of agriculture, community and leadership education from the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Virginia Tech.
