Enrolling in the Food and Health Economics course was one of the best decisions I made as a second semester senior. As an Agribusiness Management major, I've taken countless courses regarding standard business and agricultural concepts. This course stimulated the principles I have learned over the years while delving into a completely new focus of food, nutrition, and health. Dr. Davis constantly makes an effort to form personal relationships with his students while challenging new economic concepts to form future successes. If you are interested in the microeconomics of food, nutrition, and health and the implications behind why we make certain decisions regarding food, this class is for you.Morgan White, B.S.
