Marketing tools needed to identify and solve the complexity of marketing food and agribusiness products. Contemporary trends, marketing strategies, and problems in the food and agribusiness sector.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

  • Apply the basic concepts, theories, and terminology of the marketing of input supplies, agricultural commodities, and food and fiber products, collectively referred to as agribusiness marketing.
  • Describe the scope and complexity of the marketing management task in agribusiness firms.
  • Demonstrate marketing problem-solving skills.
