Learning Objectives

Upon completion of the course, students will be able to:

  • Describe the elements of culture and how they influence leadership style.
  • Deconstruct subtle differenced between diversity and multiculturalism.
  • Adapt leadership and communication style to different cultural contexts.
  • Deconstruct the cultural influences of one's persona; philosophy and approach to leadership.
  • Demonstrate effective decision-making techniques in culturally diverse contexts.
  • Evaluate prominent theories of global leadership.
  • Develop practical strategies for leading in a global society.
