College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Scholarship Opportunities

More than 500 scholarships, valued between $200 and $4,000 are awarded each year to students in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS). Scholarships are awarded based on academic achievement, participation in extracurricular activities, career goals, and financial need. CALS and each department within the college have a number of scholarships each with specific awarding criteria. The CALS scholarship application has been tailored to gather the information needed to identify recipients for the different scholarships.

Steps to Apply for Scholarships

  1. Complete the FAFSA by January 22, 2025 for maximum financial aid and scholarship consideration. Many college and departmental scholarships are based on financial need, and only students with documented financial need will be considered for those scholarships. The 2025/26 FAFSA will be available on December 1, 2024.
  2. Complete the General Scholarship Application by January 22, 2025.
